Generates .gitignore files from Command or Context Menu, using toptal gitignore api (requires internet connection).

Can be accessed via

• Generator: Generate .gitignore in the Command Palette, which will generate at root or open a new file
• Right-clicking > Generate .gitignore, which will generate at the selected folder or parent folder of a file
