Set manually the resolution of the VSCode, packed in a .vsix file. Installation from vsix commands.

code --install-extension theme-ultima-#.#.#.vsix

Apply Theme:

Call Quick Open, hot keys.

F1 or ⌘ + Shift + P

F1 or Ctrl + Shift + P

In the pop-up window Quick enter the Theme select Preferences: Color Theme from the list of topics you want to apply. In the topic there are no icons, you should choose them and set them for example: Material Icon Theme.
