Corail — VS Code extension

The client. A sidebar over your Claude Code brain (roles, agents, skills, commands, rules, templates, MCP) with per-team tags. Local mode needs no server; connected mode syncs your entitled slice from a self-hosted render-service after you paste one invite.

Build + run (from the repo root):

npm run compile      # builds model → shared → extension
npm run deploy       # build + install into your local VS Code, then Reload Window

Or press F5 in VS Code for a throwaway Extension Development Host. This is the only package that imports vscode. See the root README.
