Clogmeter for VS Code & Cursor
See what's clogging your AI agent.
Clogmeter weighs AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursor/rules/*.mdc, SKILL.md and similar instruction files with the same o200k_base tokenizer used on clogmeter.vercel.app. Analysis runs entirely on your machine — no uploads, no telemetry.

Works in VS Code and Cursor (VS Code-compatible).
Pro
The free extension is meant to stay useful on its own. Extra Pro features (multi-project history, cost estimates at scale, trimmed exports, team share links) live on the web:
→ clogmeter.vercel.app/pricing
Privacy
- Tokenizer and duplicate/conflict logic run locally
- The only network request the extension can make is opening the pricing page when you click the link
- No analytics, no crash reporters, no phone-home

From Open VSX, or sideload a .vsix:
