View on GitHub link in the hover (derived from the origin remote)

Command	What it does
`Git Blame: Toggle Inline Blame`	Turns the inline annotation on/off (`gitBlame.enabled`)
`Git Blame: Open Current Line Commit on GitHub`	Opens the current line's commit in the browser

Uncommitted lines show You • Uncommitted changes and have no hover.
