vscode-toggle-max-editor

• This extension exposes the togglemaxeditor.toggleMaximizeEditor command that you can use to maximize/normalize an editor tab with a single key.
• It currently uses existing commands which unfortunately only partially maximize.
• The sidebar is hidden when maximizing.
