Crack a whip inside your editor. A leather whip snaps across your code with sound and animation — right in the tab you're working in.
Usage
Cmd+Shift+2 (Mac) / Ctrl+Shift+2 (Win/Linux)
Or open the Command Palette and run Whip: Crack
The whip appears as an SVG animation overlaid on your active editor, plays a synthesized crack sound, and disappears after ~1 second. No new tabs, no panels — just a quick whip crack right on your code.
Features
Animated leather whip with physics-based SVG frames
Synthesized whip crack sound (no bundled audio files)
Plays via system audio (afplay on macOS, aplay on Linux, PowerShell on Windows)
Ambient flash on surrounding code lines
Auto-cleans up — nothing left behind after the animation
Why
Sometimes the AI is going too slow and you need to whip it into shape.
