SWUpdate for VS Code helps you edit sw-description files faster and with fewer mistakes.

What You Get

Getting Started

Install both extensions:

1. LibConfig extension
2. SWUpdate extension

Then open your sw-description file in VS Code. Suggestions and validation appear automatically as you type.

Settings

• swupdateServer.trace.server: enable language server trace logs (off, messages, verbose)

Notes

• This extension is focused on SWUpdate authoring support.
• Validation messages are informational and intended to help catch common problems early.
