Bangkok Theme for VS Code

[!WARNING] WIP. EXPERIMENTAL. USE WITH CAUTION.

An opinionated, low-contrast color theme designed for working in dim evening environments. Only two major accent hues, most syntax is differentiated through luminosity rather than color.

Warm, cozy, and deliberately restrained. It keeps important tokens gently visible without harsh contrast or visual noise.
