BittBott — VS Code Themes

Warm, autumn-toned dark themes with token coverage that actually holds up — TypeScript/JSX, HTML/CSS/SCSS/Tailwind, Python, and config formats are hand-verified against real code, in both TextMate and semantic-token layers.

• BittBott Autumn — dark, rust-and-amber palette rooted in Gruvbox Dark Hard.

Install

Search BittBott in the Extensions view, or:

ext install bittbott.bittbott

Development

pnpm install
pnpm build      # regenerate themes/*.json from src/palette.ts
pnpm watch      # rebuild on save; pair with F5 (Extension Development Host)

The palette lives in src/palette.ts in two layers: raw colors (the only hex codes in the repo) and roles (what each color is for). Tweak one line, rebuild, done.

Found a badly-colored token? That's the most valuable bug report this project can get — and usually a one-line fix. See CONTRIBUTING.md for the 3-item bug report format (snippet, screenshot, scope-inspector output) and the dev-loop setup if you'd like to fix it yourself.
