BitAlloyFeaturesIntroducing the BitAlloy beta release for Typescript and Javascript! This tool takes AI to the next level by providing multi code-file awareness to greatly improve the quality of generated code. BitAlloy beta is currently recommended for starting out new projects, or for small projects. How to access the extensionAfter installing BitAlloy, the extension will show up under the file explorer: Then, click on BitAlloy in the bottom-left corner: (1/4) Describe your project and choose your favorite npm packages:(2/4) Autogenerate your first file:(3/4) BitAlloy recognizes a referenced file that doesn't exist yet:(4/4) BitAlloy generates it for you! What languages does this extension work in?BitAlloy is currently focused on Typescript and Javascript (.ts, .tsx, and .js files). You can use this tool on other code files like Python, etc, but the more powerful autogenerating featurer (like AutoCoder) are disabled on those files. We hope to add support for more languages soon! Are there any other limitations?BitAlloy uses more tokens the larger your project is. Consider using this tool for new and smaller projects, or for rapid prototyping. Otherwise, feel free to open an existing project and BitAlloy will automatically detect the code files. Do I need an account?Yes. Because BitAlloy uses OpenAI, we offer several subscriptions to cover these operating costs. You can, however, create an account for free and try BitAlloy out with no credit card required. Create an account today at bitalloy.ai. We'd love to hear what you think! Can I use this if I already have Github Copilot?Yes! BitAlloy works great alongside Github Copilot. Our goal is to make our users into the most productive developers they can be, and a variety of tools is sometimes the solution. Will this tool replace software developers? Our goal is to keep developers in control and to empower them with the latest that AI has to offer. This is why BitAlloy is a VS Code Extension and not a website. We believe that the future developer is a developer with super-powers. It takes skilled coders to effectively manage AI, review code, and iterate. This tool is not for the average person, but for a software developer who knows what they are doing. That's why we think you'll love it! Terms of UseRead our terms of use here: bitalloy.ai/eula. Let us know if you have any questions.
