Usage
Open any Markdown (.md) file.
Run the Review Mode: Open File command from the Command Palette, or use the editor title menu icon.

Click anywhere in the text editor to leave an annotation at the current cursor position.
You can reply, delete, or resolve comments seamlessly from the webview.
