ReviewPass for VS Code is now a legacy ArkheOS listing retained for compatibility with the inherited rail.

New installs should use ApproveOnce for VS Code instead:

The inherited ReviewPass extension remains here only as historical compatibility evidence for the earlier one-approved-local-pass workflow.
