Allure Go VS Runner

Runs tests created through the library https://github.com/ozontech/allure-go

This extension contributes the following settings:

• allureGoRunner.folder: Sets which folders to search for e2e tests. Default: ["e2e"]
• allureGoRunner.env: Sets the parameters for the launch. Default: Nothing!

Known Issues

When you run the test for the first time, there will be an error in the project. On the second try, everything will be OK.
