Dark Fury - OLED Black Theme - No Banding, Moire, Shimmer, Noise, Eyestrain

Dark Fury Theme Preview

I have a dark theme, why another? No Dirt, Moire, Shimmer, Noise, Eyestrain

The OLED Problem

Gray backgrounds (#1e1e1e, #282c34) cause moire patterns, shimmer, and vertical banding on OLED panels - making your editor look dirty with stains and lines. Near-black grays are the worst dirty cowboys.

The Solution

  • True Black (#000000) - Only pure black turns OLED pixels completely off, eliminating all those horrible artifacts
  • No Moire/Shimmer - Zero gray pixels means clean, artifact-free display
  • Lower Battery - Black pixels = pixels off = power saved, essential for laptops
  • Reduced Eye Strain - High contrast without harsh brightness

For Everyone

  • Muted UI - Dimmed icons and text reduce visual noise
  • Distraction-Free - Focus on code, not the bloated interface
  • Long Session Comfort - Battle-tested with 8-15+ hour coding sessions
