SymbiYosys .sby Syntax Highlighting

This VSCode extension adds syntax highlighting support for SymbiYosys .sby files. Yosys script highlighting in [script] sections is supported with yosys-vscode.

Known Issues

Some sby sections and section arguments may not yet be implemented.
