point-at-line

point-at-line is a small Visual Studio Code extension that copies the current file's absolute path and cursor position to the clipboard.

Usage

Press Ctrl+Shift+A while a text editor has focus, or run point-at-line: Copy File Location from the Command Palette. The copied value uses the format absolute/path/to/file:line:column; line and column numbers start at 1.

Development

1. Run npm install.
2. Run npm run compile.
3. Press F5 in VS Code to launch an Extension Development Host.
