Utilities to monitor the extension host

Features

• Use the Developper: Toggle Extension Host Pulse Monitor command to show a pulse on the status bar. The pulse changes after every 1.5 second and indicates that the extension host is alive.

• use the Developper: Toggle Extension Host Tracing command to start tracing the extension host.
  You can also click on the Pulse monitor in the status bar to enable tracing. Traces are shown in an log editor and consist of all document and language events that the extension host receives.

Note: Enabling logging adds new language providers which generates events that would not exist if these providers were not present.
