Automatically approve Claude Code plan mode exits, questions, and tool permission prompts.

Commands

Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) and search for:

• Claude: Enable Auto-Approve
• Claude: Disable Auto-Approve
• Claude: Toggle Auto-Approve

How it works

This extension monitors Claude Code prompts and automatically approves plan mode exits, user questions, and tool permission requests — removing the need to manually click through approval dialogs during automated workflows.
