OfflineCoder Payload (Runtime)

Payload extension carrying the local llama.cpp CPU runtime for the chunked OfflineCoder distribution.

This is a payload extension used for chunked distribution. It ships part of the OfflineCoder model+runtime so everything installs from the Marketplace.

Do not activate it directly. Install the OfflineCoder Suite pack instead.
