Yodai — Your Codebase Has a Story. Now It Has a Podcast.

You're shipping code every day. Solving real problems. Making architecture decisions that matter.

Nobody outside your team knows.

Yodai turns your codebase into a fully produced podcast episode — two AI hosts, studio-quality audio, auto-published to your own Spotify show — in the background while you keep coding. No script. No microphone. No editing.

Who this is for

  • Indie builders & solo devs building in public — turn every milestone into shareable content without leaving VS Code
  • Engineering teams who want architecture retrospectives people actually listen to instead of ignoring
  • Open source maintainers who want their project to have a voice beyond a README and a landing page
  • Any developer who wants to build technical credibility without becoming a full-time content creator

What you get

Each episode is fully produced in the cloud — nothing to configure, nothing to record:

What Yodai does
🧠 Deep codebase analysis Claude AI reads your architecture, patterns, tech debt, key decisions — not just file names
🎙️ Two AI hosts A natural back-and-forth conversation about your actual code, not a monologue summary
🔊 Studio-quality audio 48kHz stereo, Deepgram Aura-2 voices, properly paced — sounds like a real podcast
🎨 Unique episode artwork AI-generated cover art per episode — every episode looks like a different film scene
📡 Published to Spotify & Spreaker Your personal podcast show, updated every run — listeners can subscribe
📝 Show notes Episode title, description, and topics auto-generated for each episode

How it works

  1. Open your project in VS Code
  2. Run Yodai: Generate Code Podcast from the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P)
  3. Yodai scans your codebase and feeds it to Claude for deep analysis
  4. A podcast script is generated, then queued for cloud audio synthesis
  5. Two AI voices record the episode — you get a Spotify link notification when it's live

The whole process runs in the background. You keep coding. The episode lands in your feed.

See it live

This is a real show generated by Yodai from developer codebases — no post-production, no edits:
