clangd Complete Fixer

Fix some completion issues encountered when using the clangd extension.

Content of the Fix

• Fixed the issue where smart completion for #pragma once disappears.
• Fixed the issue where entering ClassName&, ClassName&&, or ClassName* followed by a space inside a class definition could not trigger completion for operator.
