VenGen

VenGen is a Visual Studio Code extension that provides AI help inside the editor.

Features

• Interacts with a local LLM to answer queries
• Provides responses based on server data
• No internet required to query

Getting Started

1. Make sure to have the prerequisite of having local ollama server with any model of your choice. Follow this link for codellama-model
2. Install the extension in Visual Studio Code
3. Open the command palette and run the command "VenGen: Ask me anything" (or) right click open the context menu and choose "VenGen: Ask me anything"
4. Enter your query in the input box

Requirements

• Visual Studio Code version 1.89.0 or higher
