Lua library definitions for ubscript using sumneko's language server.

Registry Integration

This extension can read a registry path to determine where the ubscript libraries are located. If a registry entry exists at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UtilityBelt\ubscript with a value pointing to a valid directory, that directory will be used instead of the extension's local path.

If no registry entry is found or the directory doesn't exist, the extension falls back to using its local extension path.
