Issues and Prompts Sidebar Extension

This VS Code extension adds a sidebar with tabs for managing GitHub issues and a prompt library per project/repo.

Features

• Issues tab: List, filter, and view GitHub issues with status, assignee, hours, and more.
• Prompts tab: Add, edit, and organize prompts for code, AI, or workflow. Store prompts in the repo for team sharing.

Usage

• Open the sidebar to access Issues and Prompts.
• Configure GitHub access for issue management.
• Store prompts in .vscode/prompts.json for sharing.

Installation

• Install from the VS Code Marketplace (recommended) or via .vsix file.
