Ticket Intelligence for VS Code
Surface similar past incidents from your org's Jira history inline while you code.
Features
- Find Similar Incidents — select any code, function, or error message and instantly search your org's resolved incident history
- Stack Trace Search — paste a stack trace into the TI sidebar and find matching past incidents
- Jira Key Hover — hover over any Jira ticket key in a code comment (e.g.
// IT-45) to see a TI match card inline
- Status Bar — one-click access to TI search from the status bar
Setup
- In your Jira instance, go to Apps → Ticket Intelligence → Settings → TI Bridge
- Copy the Bridge URL and click Reveal API Key
- Note your Cloud ID (shown next to the Bridge URL)
- In VS Code: Settings → Extensions → Ticket Intelligence
- Paste the Bridge URL, API Key, Cloud ID, and your Jira base URL
