SEM image spectrum analysis tools for VS Code.

Features

Usage

1. Open the ZS Spectrum Analyzer activity bar view.
2. Use Add Images or Add Directory to load SEM images.
3. Adjust manual AVG if needed.
4. Use the main spectrum panel tabs to inspect the original image, current image spectrum, multi-image comparison, and waveform spectrum.

Notes

This extension is intended for internal SEM spectrum analysis workflows.
