New VS Code Torizon Integrated Development Environment

VS Code Torizon Integrated Development Environment is a complete redesign, from scratch, of the "Toradex Torizon Support (deprecated)". From feedback and past experience we are now focusing in the VS Code. The extension automates the development environment for a fast setup to remote debug, remote deploy of containerized applications to devices running Toradex TorizonCore easy-to-use Industrial Linux Software Platform.

VS Code open source Torizon Templates, with support to various development stacks.	Easy integration with Docker VS Code extension and the remote target.	Automated CI/CD process using VS Code tasks.
