Tools AI — VS Code Extension

Compare GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity side-by-side. Workflow mode auto-routes your message to the right model based on task type.

Usage

• Click the Tools AI icon in the activity bar (left sidebar) to open the panel
• Or press Cmd+Shift+A (Mac) / Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows/Linux)
• Or run Tools AI: Open Panel from the Command Palette

Modes

⚖ Compare — sends your message to all 5 models simultaneously. Click any card to select that response. Use "Select Parts" to cherry-pick sentences.

🔗 Workflow — assign each LLM a role (Coding, Debug, Research, Writing, Review, Planning). Your message auto-routes to the right model based on what you're asking.

Works in Cursor

This extension uses the VS Code Extension API and works identically in Cursor.
