Open Excel

Open Excel is a VS Code extension that allows you to quickly open Excel files in your default spreadsheet application directly from the File Explorer.

Features

• Context Menu Integration: Adds an "Open in Excel" option to the right-click context menu for .xlsx files in the Explorer.
• Easy Access: Simply right-click on an Excel file and select "Open in Excel" to launch it externally.

Usage

1. Navigate to the Explorer view in VS Code.
2. Locate a .xlsx file.
3. Right-click on the file.
4. Select Open in Excel from the context menu.

Requirements

• VS Code 1.108.1 or higher.
• Microsoft Excel or a compatible application associated with .xlsx files installed on your system.
