AddActionsWorkflow

This is a very simple menu command that executes the dotnet new workflow command from within Visual Studio on the solution directory location.

There are known issues...view the repo issues for things that need to make it smooth over.

Yes, this is a hack, but I do this often and hate going to the terminal every time so there.

Installation

Install from the Visual Studio Marketplace or from the Extension Manager directly in Visual Studio.
