Add a background image to your vscode.

command

command	Description
Background - Star	show the background
Background - Stop	hide the background
Background - SelectImage	select the image for background
Background - Opacity	the background opacity, default is 0.85
Background - Alignment	the image alignment, default is 'Top Left'
Background - Size	the image size, default is 'Cover"
