Custom Sound on Errors

A VS Code extension that plays custom sounds when your terminal throws errors or succeeds. Made by Tamanna Khurana.

Every time you open VS Code on a new day, it asks you which mode you want!

How to Use

1. Install the extension
2. On first open each day, pick your mode from the popup
3. Code away — sounds play automatically on terminal errors and success!

Commands

Open Ctrl+Shift+P and type Custom Sound on Errors to see all commands:

• Set Error Sound — manually pick your error sound
• Set Success Sound — manually pick your success sound
• Reset to Random Mode — go back to random
• Test Error Sound — preview your error sound
• Test Success Sound — preview your success sound
• Choose Today's Mode — re-trigger the daily mode picker
