VSCode Nginx Configuration File Formatter

This formatter extention is registered to languageId 'nginx', it may rely on language intellisense extensions to identify a file as nginx.

If intellisense is not available, you can still invoke it from Command Palette or menu, the title of the command is "Format Nginx Configuration".

It also support selective formatting, by default it formats the whole text in current editor.
