Sylvian

Sylvian is a VS Code extension that securely monitors and logs for ensuring fair play and authentic skill assessment.

Requirements

• VS Code 1.93.0 or higher
• Internet connection for log uploads (optional)

Getting Started

1. Install the extension
2. Run the command "Initialize Sylvian" from the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P / Cmd+Shift+P)
3. Enter the email you used to signup for the competition.
4. Start coding!

Commands

• Sylvian: Initialize Sylvian - Initialize the Sylvian monitoring system

Privacy

Sylvian monitors development activities for specific competitions - only storing information for open directories with a .competition file configured. All data is handled securely and in accordance with privacy best practices.
