🔥 Roast My Code

Roast My Code is a fun and sarcastic VS Code extension that analyzes your current file and gives you a humorous roast based on your coding style.

Because sometimes your code needs honesty... not mercy. 😈

🚀 Features

  • 📏 Detects long files (400+ lines? Writing a novel?)
  • 💬 Detects excessive comments
  • 🐛 Detects heavy debug logging
  • 😭 Detects tiny files
  • 🌍 Supports English, Telugu, and Mixed roast modes
  • 🔥 Quick command access via Command Palette

🧠 How It Works

The extension scans your currently open file and checks:

  • Total line count
  • Comment density
  • Debug log usage
  • File length patterns

Based on the analysis, it delivers a sarcastic roast.

🛠 How To Use

  1. Open any file in VS Code.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Type: Roast This File
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Get roasted 🔥

🌐 Language Modes

You can change roast language style from settings:

  • English
  • Telugu
  • Mixed (English + Telugu)

Go to: Settings → Roast My Code → Language

🎯 Example Roasts

  • “400+ lines? Are you writing a novel? 📖”
  • “You commented more than you coded. Writing autobiography? ✍️”
  • “So many debug logs… we debugging or confessing? 👀”
  • “Code chusthe ardham kaaledu… idi logic aa leka magic aa? 🤔”

💡 Why This Extension?

Because development is stressful.

You deserve comedy between bugs.
