Subtitles Cloud Multilanguage (VS Code Extension)

Syntax highlighting and basic validation for the multi-language subtitle text format described in multi_file_format.md.

File extension

This extension detects the multisub language for:

• .msub
• .msubs
• .txt (when the first line is a language header like [en])

Validation rules (high level)

• Blocks start with a language header line like [en].
• Subtitle text must come after a language header.
• Blocks must be separated by a blank line.
• @ on its own line creates an empty subtitle entry.
• Lines longer than multisub.maxCharsPerLine show a warning (default: 40).
