Skills Manager (VS Code Extension)

Skills Manager is a copy-first control plane for multi-agent setup management.

Supported agents in V1:

• OpenCode
• Codex
• Claude Code

What V1 does

• Global skill sync to other agents (copy only, skip if target already exists)
• Workspace skill sync between agents and across selected workspace folders (copy only, skip-existing)
• MCP sync by server name (skip-existing policy)
• Plan preview webview before apply (action, from/to, reason)
• Tracked source updates with check/update/update all
• Tree views for global and workspace state
• Dashboard for counts and quick command guidance

Important policy

• Install/sync mode: copy only
• Conflict policy: skip-existing

No target content is overwritten by default.
