This tool offers the below options,

Highlight colors in Visual Studio Code Editor (".css”, “.scss”, “.less”, “.asp”, “.aspx”, “.htm”, “.html”, “.cshtml”, “.vbhtml”, “.xaml” are enabled by default), You can enable more extensions using Tools->Options->Color Picker
