Simple Sort

Two commands (Command Palette or editor right-click menu):

• Sort Lines – sorts lines ascending.
• Sort Lines (Distinct) – sorts and removes duplicate lines.

Works on any editor, including unsaved/untitled text. With a selection, only the selected lines are sorted; with no selection, the whole document is.

Setting: simpleSort.ignoreCase (default false).
