Installation
From a .vsix file
- Open VS Code
- Press
Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac)
- Type
Extensions: Install from VSIX...
- Select the
.vsix file
Manual installation (development)
- Copy the
star-wars-planets-theme folder to your VS Code extensions directory:
- Windows:
%USERPROFILE%\.vscode\extensions\
- macOS/Linux:
~/.vscode/extensions/
- Restart VS Code
Selecting a Theme
- Press
Ctrl+K Ctrl+T (or Cmd+K Cmd+T on Mac)
- Search for
SW: to filter to planet themes
- Select your planet!
Packaging for the Marketplace
To package this extension:
npm install -g @vscode/vsce
cd star-wars-planets-theme
vsce package
This will produce a .vsix file you can share or publish.
To publish to the VS Code Marketplace, you'll need a publisher account at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/
