FSP Language Extension

Adds TextMate-based syntax highlighting for .fsp and .lts files.

Highlights

• Keywords, operators, actions, constants, and comments receive distinct token colors.
• Matches the sample-style processes, ranges, guards, and parallels used in FSP.
• Works out of the box in VS Code once the extension is enabled.
