Flat Dark VSCode theme

Flat dark theme which looks great with cursive/italic fonts.

This is a rework of Dark++ Italic Theme by idbartosz

Setup for the above screenshots

VSCode Setup for Recursive Font:

• Download font: Recursive Mono (v.1.084 or above)
• Unzip the downloaded file and install all fonts under the folder Recursive_Code
• Make changes in VSCode settings.json as shown below (I'm using Duotone variant):
