Sapient Slingshot is available ONLY for PublicisSapient employees and for its partners and clients as per the applicable statement of work or similar contract (each a “Statement of Work”) describing services (“Services”) to be provided by us to your organization.

As a PublicisSapient employee, your usage of Slingshot is governed by Slingshot Acceptable Use Policy as well as other policies laid down for usage of Sapient provided tools and packages applicable to your employment at PublicisSapient.

For everyone else, subject to your compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you the right to access and use Slingshot during the term of an applicable Statement of Work, Work Order, or other similar contract (each a “Statement of Work”) describing services (“Services”) to be provided by us to your organization. Your use of Slingshot is restricted solely to uses in connection with projects addressed in applicable Statements of Work and solely for your internal business purposes. If you are not working with us on projects addressed in a Statement of Work, you are not an authorized user of Slingshot unless explicitly agreed upon and mentioned in the Statement of Work. Slingshot is for use only by our clients and their employees and may not be used by any third parties, including partners or other contractors that we may be collaborating with in connection with Services to be provided under the SOW. You may not license, resell, assign or transfer Slingshot to any third party.

Data Privacy with regards to Interactions with LLM Service Providers

Customer Content

PS and its end users may provide input to be processed by the LLM Services (“Input”), and receive output generated and returned by the LLM Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Customer Content.”

As per the agreements between PS and LLM Service Providers, governing our interactions with LLM services, LLM Service Providers will not use any of our Customer Content to develop and/or improve the Services or otherwise train AI models; (ii) will not store, analyze or use the Customer Content except as necessary to provide the Services to Customer, comply with applicable law and enforce its safety policies and (ii) will treat the Customer Content as Proprietary Information of Customer and maintain the confidentiality of Customer Content.
