VSdocman vbdt syntax highlighter

This is a syntax highlighter for VSdocman output template files. VSdocman is an extension for Visual Studio (not VS Code) for editing XML doc comments in C# and VB code and for generating MSDN-like API documentation. VSdocman contains several predefined output templates. You can modify them or create new ones. This extension helps with the editing and reading.
