Terracotta VSCode Extension

NOTE: If you have previously manually installed a copy of the extension from a .vsix file, remove that before installing this

Provides the following features for Terracotta:

• Autocomplete/Intellisense
• Syntax highlighting
• Signature help
• Easy interfacing with item libraries
• CodeClient integration
