NordMarkdown README

Welcome to "NordMarkdown" - a sleek, real-time markdown preview extension for Visual Studio Code that aligns with the aesthetics of the Nord theme. This extension allows you to view the rendered HTML of your markdown files side-by-side with your editor, updating as you type.

Features

"NordMarkdown" provides an instant preview of markdown files within VS Code, complete with hot reload capabilities. This means you see live updates as you edit, no need to refresh or toggle the preview.

Live Preview

Open a markdown file and use the "NordMarkdown: Show Preview" command for a side-by-side live rendering of your markdown. Your changes in the editor will be instantly reflected in the preview.

Easy Access

Click on the "Preview Markdown" status bar item at the top to preview the markdown.

Requirements

There are no additional requirements or dependencies needed to install and run "NordMarkdown".

Extension Settings

"NordMarkdown" is designed to work out of the box with minimal configuration. It does not currently contribute any settings through the contributes.configuration extension point.

Working with Markdown

You can author your README using Visual Studio Code with handy editor keyboard shortcuts such as:

Split the editor (Cmd+\ on macOS or Ctrl+\ on Windows and Linux)
Toggle preview (Shift+Cmd+V on macOS or Shift+Ctrl+V on Windows and Linux)
Press Ctrl+Space (Windows, Linux, macOS) to see a list of Markdown snippets
