nightsky README

Nightsky helps you add find definitions/ find references links in the picnichealth codebase that intellisense isn't smart enough to find. For now this only works for:

• Linking graphQL queries/mutation usages in typescript to their definitions
• Linking graphQL calls to backend endpoints to their definitions
