Automatically run remote-container.reopenInContainer when you open a folder containing .devcontainer

Requirements

You must have remote-container extension installed for the command to work.

Known Issues

There is no option to open a folder containing .devcontainer without reopening in a container. If you want to do that, you must disable the extension.
