Minds

Minds is TeckValley India's AI coding agent for VS Code. It plans, edits files, runs commands and reviews changes in your workspace, using the AI models IT makes available on the company Minds gateway.

For company employees only. You sign in with your company Microsoft account, and an admin approves your access. Other accounts can't use it.

Getting started

1. If the Kilo Code extension is installed, disable or uninstall it first. Minds is built on it and the two can't run together.
2. Open Minds from the activity bar (the M icon).
3. Click Sign in with Microsoft and use your company account. If VS Code already knows your account, it asks you to pick it instead of opening the browser.
4. Click Request access. You can add a short note for the admin.
5. When an admin approves you, the chat opens by itself within about a minute (or click Check now).

The person icon at the top of Minds opens Minds Account: your plan, the models you can use, and how much of this 5-hour session and this week you have used.

Privacy

• Your code and prompts go only to the company Minds gateway.
• The gateway logs prompts and responses per employee, as described in the company AI policy.
• Minds has no telemetry and no connection to Kilo or any other outside service.
• You can't add other AI providers or your own API keys.

Built on open-source technology (Kilo Code, OpenCode). Both are MIT licensed; their licenses ship with this extension in LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.
